There where strange colored lights in the sky flashing quickly.

I was inside my apt when my sister-in-law called me outside cause she seen lights I got my phone camera and recorded blue, red, and green light flashing, started off slow and then fast like lightning.

Video clip indicates diffuse, flashing light, which cycles from blue, to red, and perhaps to green. We do not know whether the display is related to UFO activity. PD
