Green and red flying something over shoreline WA looked like 4 balls in pivots.

Driving home tonight all of a sudden there was this green and red thing in the sky. Was moving way to fast to be a plane or chopper. Made a sharp turn too.

I was on HWY 99 at 132nd and this thing came from east To west. Looking like 4 balls joined together. 2 green and two red.

I wanted to pull over In the middle of the road but by the time I did it was gone. :-(
