White cigar shape approx 100 feet in length traveling 300-400 mph at an altitude of 3000 ft

I witnessed a white cigar shaped UFO. There was no noise or no stabilizers. The UFO was approximately 100 feet in length, and flying at an estimated altitude of 3,000 feet at speeds of 300 to 400 mph. The UFO was traveling from from south west to north east horizon.
