group of light orbs in sky during the day

was at Hefner park, looked up at a plane flying by, but also saw tiny white orbs or something round in shape. they kept going on and off, thought they were flock of birds, but these were way too high, and going faster than birds.

they didn't have wings. they were following each other, until they finally disappeared. tried to take pictures and video but it was too bright.... man.
