Bright streak of light fast moving started small went out at largest size.

Going North on Hwy 61 near South West Mississippi EPA office. Seen a streak of light in sky North of my location estimated 5000 + feet in sky. Started out as small bright flicker them grew into large white blue light then blinked out. Looked like a welding arc starting then went out. Lasted no more than 2 seconds.
