Cigar-shaped glowing in sw sky during daylight.

This was early evening. Still daylight. Cigar shaped glowed white. Moved in a southwest direction in a verticle position.

Object appeared to have very small wing like objects on its side.

The object did not move fast, but at a slower pace.

Husband said it appeared to be larger than a 747.
