I am sitting on beach access bench looking at what I thought were stars, but they are changing colors and moving. Moving mostly slow sometimes fast.

A male walked up to get fresh air. I asked him if I am seeing things. He says no he sees them too, but he doesn't know what it is. They are changing colors, it looks like red to white.

Very small, could be mistaken for stars. But they have moved all over the sky. And I can not say for sure how many!
