A moving light emits huge white bright flash.

we came out onto our back porch I looked up in the sky and saw a huge flash of light. I tried to locate where it was coming from and faintly saw a small moving light which then pulsated a less bright flash.

The original flash lit up the sky. My husband saw the flash from the corner of his eye. I was looking directly at it.
