Circular object with a ring of green lights with 2 red lights next to each other
I was taking the garbage out and looked up at the sky and saw this circle object with rectangle green lights all the way around except for 2 rectangle lights next to each other.
The red lights were blinking randomly. Occasionally one green lights blinked.
