bright stationary light in north east sky almost every night

every night from 3:00 to sunrise a bright light over nellis area. never moves. from cenntennial area (durango 215) every couple days or so it isnt out/ but it usually is visable without a dout. looks like on coming hellocopter but doesnt move an inch/ look for your self.
