A small vertical cylinder hovered me for over 4 minutes

I saw a small elongated cylinder hovering vertical, and slightly north up to an altitude of 1,200 feet, hovered for over 4 minutes.

The UFO had a long center that was pulsating bright luminous and sometimes red as the top and bottom were dark shadows.

I took a 38 minute video of this UFO.
