Orange light over Folsom, CA.
Bright orange light, much larger than surrounding stars, moving from SE to NW.
Moving about the speed of an airplane, but no noticeabke navigation lights.
Appeared to be a red light revolving on top of or behind the brighter orange glow.
No contrail or smoke trail.
No sound heard, but object appeared to be fairly high up.
Clear, cloudless night.
