Circular craft that hovered for 1 hour near downtown Los Angeles February 23, 2014, @ apx 23:00 and video taped.

A circular craft hovered 100 feet off the ground for an hour or more. The craft was identifiable and appeared to be "cloaked" or partially invisible. The circular craft had lights around the perimeter of the "object" that in a specific pattern appeared to rotate clockwise and then converged to the center "middle of the craft like something focusing energy to the center. The craft was extremely close to our proximity as we were directly under the object. The craft looked to be constructed of a plant/animal like an organic material which had what appeared to be hieroglyphic type of symbols or markings one of which looked like a snake another like an eye. The craft had an area towards the center that had a cutout and we could see "beings" what appeared to be working and at one point I felt like they were communicating to us through thoughts. My partner could not believe what we were observing and quickly grabbed his professional camera to record this spectacular occurrence in high definition while simultaneously recording with our smartphones. We have 3 different videos from 3 separate devices. He is also with the media and we have worked together on many news events over the years. There sound was mostly silent however there was a frequency that gave us a "safe" feeling that seemed to be pulsing with the movement of illuminations "iridescent lights" it felt like we were floating but the video did not capture either of us floating or defying 3D laws of physics. There was someone outside and we have never seen that person before. He claimed to be a neighbor and seemed uninterested in the object that was the size of the Staples Center (sports arena/stadium).

Suddenly after an hour of our observation, the craft seemed to fire some kind of blue/green- and red laser/photons that dematerialized the enormous craft and seemed to "warp" into thin air. Again, we are both journalist and work in "mainstream media" we have been sitting on these videos for approximately a week as to investigate if any other videos or sightings were reported. We cannot conclude if there were additional witnesses to this remarkable occurrence. The exact location was about 4 miles from USC in Los Angeles. The proximity of the object in reference to our location had to literally be 100-300 feet above us.
