Circular, glowing orange/reddish orange, no sound, speed was slow and consistent, heading north, the background....night time, clear skies, no other aircraft at time of, regular air traffic resumed just after sighting.

We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be quite eloquent and sober-minded. We suspect that he is a very good witness. PD
