Strange lights on the Southside.

For about a month this strange light in the northwest sky appears between Midnight to 3am.

At first look you want to believe it is a star. .. until you notice that it pulsates and moves, appearing to even change colors.

I not one to believe in sightings, but the witness and I cannot find an explanation for what we see
