Hello. This is to give additional information on something I reported on 10/9/13 at 18:45. The date and time that I reported the incident to you is the date and time that the event took place. I saw there was a notation from your editors looking for a clarification I could not find another way to pass this information to you.

And just a casual suggestion, perhaps putting ID code for the specific sightings may make it easier for follow-up research and correction identification.
