Father & daughter driving in car witness "beautiful electric blue" triang. shaped obj. in evening sky. Flipped on side, maneuvered.

Father and daughter were driving through downtown Bothell, when the daughter called her father's attention to a peculiar, triangular-shaped object, which appeared to be flying toward them. Its color was "a beautiful electric blue." It appeared to flip up on its side, and did some maneuvering. It turned and hovered. The father estimated that the object was "100 blocks" away from them.
