oval shape craft with lights around attached to the craft. with haze

I had seen the similar craft 5 times in Padang West Sumatra, the last time I saw it was last week.

I reported here already 3x. Yesterday Friday, Nov 22, 2013, I was on my trip from Padang to Pekanbaru, about 200km from Padang at 7pm I saw the similar look craft in the sky, lower than usual.
