Two adults, 7 children, witness "an orangey light, like an 1/8th moon," hover, move south, then hover again in clouds. No sound.
Observer was watching television, when he heard his neighbor yelling at him to come outside. Two adults, together with 7 children stood and watched a peculiar "orangey light" hovering in the clouds overhead. It had the shape of "a 1/8th moon." It then drifted to the south, stopped, then moved again. It was very peculiar.
