Cigar shaped silver flying object over Puerto Rico

I just saw a cigar shaped bright silver flying object. The color changed to black / gray. It started to fly very fast in perfect circles. I counted 3. The sky was bright blue, it wasn't an airplane. It had no wings. As I was amazed, not believing my eyes, the object flew inside a rain cloud. I waited but it never came back.
