Very fast moving object at high altitude with flashing lights. Covered 20 miles in less than 20 seconds

Flying craft with flashing lights moving silently at extreme speed west to east at high altitude. Craft covered a 20 mile airspace in less than 20 seconds. Clear sky and no precipitation in area.
