Saw a strange light moving across sky. Looked like it was flying through clouds but there were no clouds.

The object looked like clouds or smoke circling a light. Then it emitted a couple of beams of light like a flashlight and then, of all things, blew a smoke ring out. Almost like a kiss. The whole thing had a sort of slowed down underwater vibe. After the ring it kept moving and then slowly began to fade until it completely vanished.
