An out of focus circle appeared and moved quickly. The blue light formed from the circle and then projected two smaller lights outward.

A circular blur in the sky appeared at 8:16 pm. At first It looked like the moon behind clouds, Bright but fuzzy out of focus. There were no clouds in the immediate area. The circle moved quickly downward (southeast) before stopping and staying still. As it stilled a bright blue light emerged from the center. It was too far to see details but there looked to be a bulge on the left side of the light. The light then emitted what looked like a smoke ring that split in two and became smaller bright white lights. The two went separate directions and disappeared and the big one faded away after about 30second to a minute after
