White orb floating towards the ocean horizontally

The ball of light was floating from behind the sand dunes towards the ocean, then it shot out a giant cone shape mist silhouette and completely evaporated leaving a misty floating cloud behind that pass over me. This was not the space x launch in Florida this was coming from the west and flying horizontally. I have footage of the orb before it disappeared.
