Glowing light and O ring smoke

Moved north to south, did not appear to be a plane as planes moved nearby, emitted O shaped smoke ring then disappeared slowly as it continued south. I don’t care what it is, it’s none of my business. A tiny bit intrigued but won’t ask more questions than necessary.
