Eight lights abreast flying northward

Eight faint blue/white lights flying northward at a fast speed. Lights were abreast with the westernmost being slightly ahead and the easternmost being slightly behind. From the time I first saw them to when they disappeared in the distance was about 10 seconds. The lights made no sound.
About 10 minutes after the sighting, my eyes began to burn like I had been gazing at the sun. This slowly subsided over the course of an hour.
