I don't know what to do,I try to not think about it, but now,I don't know what to think about, US.

It is difficult to explain what I saw. I was driving to work, not thinking about anything. There were no vehicles around me. A rain storm had been going through the area. It is five years almost ,after I saw it and I still have trouble talking about it.

Please help me, anything. I did not want to see what I saw.
