Light seen above Vancouver, WA

At first we thought it was an airplane, but it hovered in the air and made movements that an airplane could not. Going up and then down left and then right, up and down in a circle.

It had yellow and green lights that seemed to change when it moved. It was dark so we could not see anything but the lights and movement of the object.
