i saw a light , watched for about 25 min, then passed out, came to 3 hours later.

I woke up about 12;15 due to a bright flash of light, and looked out my window. i saw an extremely bright light, and preceded to watch it for about 15-20 minutes. At this point in time, another bright flash and i passed out. I came to about 3 hours later with a strange scar on my shoulder and an immense sense of dread hanging over me. i have had intense nightmares ever since. Please help. i don't want to live like this.
