Cigar shaped object flickered and then disappeared.

I was working. Watching the wireline I noticed a cigar shaped object moving across the sky. It was different than a jet or plane. 1. Their was no vapor trail 2. it was moving way to fast. It flickered, reappeared then completely disappeared. It was completely cloud free and blue skies.
