I was walking to my dormitory, and the disk shaped ufo was hovering over the building

I was walking to my dormitory at around 3 pm after i finished class and i heard a weird buzzing sound, i looked around and i saw a disk shaped object hovering over the building, i though it was a drone at first but as soon as i took my phone out to take a pic it started flying away, i got a blurry pic of it (Circled in blue). (I also blurred the exact address). Is this a drone???
