three orange balls of light going east to west one at a time at about the speed of a jet.

The was no noise as I am used to seeing jets go over. These had no noise and did not change their path. Each seemed to originate from same area of the skyline and disappeared in the same area of skyline. They were about 20 seconds apart from each other. I have seen many things but not like these.
