Green disc flew low over house

I was watching tv in my attic bedroom, the sun was down, and my window was open. I felt an odd sensation in my body and became aware of a throbbing, deep noise. I saw movement in my peripheral vision, something green appeared at the edge of the window. It was at this point, when I tried to look at it, that I discovered that I was paralysed. I watched as an object moved slowly over my house. It appeared to be circular with a flat bottom and I could see a hint of a domed top. It glowed a dull green that slightly obscured the craft.
When the craft moved further away I regained movement and got up to look out of the window as it continued to glide away.

When trees obscured my view I ran out into the very quiet road with binoculars that I grabbed on my way. I observed the craft for a while longer but I felt strange and went inside. This bothers me as normally I would stand for hours waiting or observing much more mundane things so for me to just walk away leads me to think that something about the event made me want to stop observing it.

My mom was in the kitchen and should have seen something but would not answer me about it.
