Slo moving brilliant light nighttime near major hiway

Hi like to report a craft cyl shaped coming next to a major Highway rte 1 in Edison. Nj craft was silent no jet noise observed fo 20 mins or so craft had a central bright. Light flanked by two dim yellow tan ones it also seems to emit a dull whitish vapor when near my perspective checked my time and looked up it was gone. Craft was less than 1k. Ft high and path took it over major mall duration was 20 mins had to be. Views by pilots to for in landing approach of major NYC airports too
