Noticed a shadowy figure riding a craft in the sky that took a few slow turns over the industrial area I was working at at the time.

Roughly in 2012 I chanced up on a warm summer day at work and noticed a shadowy figure that almost looked like a witch riding a broom at first that was actually upon a quick second glance a person with a big bulbous nose or mask on wearing a cloak yes but riding on a compact W.A.S.P. type personal hover craft that the military developed in the 60s for Vietnam, but ultimately passed on, ...

…almost the size of a bicycle that actually had I think a 50 cal. Or other weapon system protruding from the front that almost made it look like a person riding a broom at first, taking a few slow turns over me descending. It even made a cackling laugh that I think I heard telepathically and later I would realize that I think I witnessed what those in Northern Mexico have witnessed before that they refer to as the Bruja, Mexican for witch, because it resembled what I saw photographed in the sky in a History Channel Documentary years ago when the channel was moreso reputable. I intended to call 911 as soon as I was able to comprehend what I was witnessing but suffered an amnesia and kinda "went blank" or "blacked out" on calling about it until years later it "came out" and I just called about it on instinct 11 years later as I was up because I get up a couple of times a night per usual for me because I'm basically a light sleeper. I applogize if that it is a bit specific but it’s a bit of a background to why I called so late at night when my sighting was at around 2:30 pm that day. Additionally, I do remember a couple thunderstorm clouds/thunderstorm clouds forming maybe off in the distance to either side that day. Also, I believe the shadowy figure I witnessed was shadowy because it was engaging in cloaking to a degree or was intersecting with the past to a degree to the point it started to erase/dematerialize itself or otherwise was in the process of time traveling into our time, as I have touched on in a previous report because I have seen this type of phenomena before, because I witnessed it around the time that I was starting to blog a couple of my theories in relation to what I thought were time travelers I might have noticed a couple times around town and it appeared in the same time frame like a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy possibly to interfere with my endeavor that I honestly never got to 100% because of the distraction.
