Low, flying, slow, moving orb noticed flying across the sky and disappears 12 seconds later above tree line

I was standing outside my house at 4 E. Richard Dr. in Palm Bluff, Arkansas watching the night sky. At roughly 9:30 p.m. I noticed a glowing orb, flying low and very slowly or duration of about 12 seconds, until it completely disappeared out of the sky. It was as if just when I was getting good and focused on it the orb dematerialized from the sky.
