Pulsar light,disappeared and reappeared in same spot twice 120min duration minimum

I was watering in the garden when I noticed a pulsating light. Observed it for a few minutes and it disappeared and reappeared in the same location. Used phone to zoom in and captured the video that I have uploaded to my YouTube channel. Sky was clear. Stars could be see,planes passed over.
