A bright light appeared and just stayed there, was visible for about 20 minutes.

Bright light noticeable with the naked eye. It was visible for about 20 minutes. Light first seen at 8:49pm. Multiple videos and photos up until 9:04pm. During the time of watching phones started acting weird on 2 separate cell phones for a brief minute.
