Circle object with mutiple white light seen on the wext sky over Omaha Ne.

the object was in the west sky at a low elevatiion with multiple white lights with a large red one on the bootom that would flare up at intervals... There seems to be a dar round shadow moving around the objest blocking out the light for sometime..As I write this; the object can be observed, but at some distance now...

We wonder if the witness may have been looking at Venus, but that is a guess. PD
