Clear sky night, noticed a bright light much more visible than stars, slightly above 2000'. Rapidly changing in brightness and sometimes color. Slowly moving up and down & side to side. Dog and parrot were startled for no apparent reason. Light disappeared after about 15 minutes. Have about 3 minutes of video recorded.
