Three bright lights in the formation of a triangle. this object was silent, black triangular objects hovering slowly cruising at low altitudes over the tree line. Sighting was at night. These objects had pulsing white lights that appear at each corner of the triangle.

Not a hoax at all I have seen the same object two times very close to the target in Burke. Coming home from the twinbrook shopping center.
