Several red glowing object moving west to east hovering for a bit then moving rapidly and increasing in elevation. Near Fort Wayne, international airport/122nd fighter wing.

Lights went out in succession.

Called 911 to verify no aircraft seen on radar.

They moved in formation and teams of 2.
