Hovering white disk with hole in the middle hovering for hours then flying north out of sight at noon.Then it returns at 3PM still here

Three of my neighbors or more witnessed this white disk this morning and it hovered for hours then flew north and returned hours later at 3PM and is still here. That's what's so strange.
