As above, lost sight of it NNE of Clinton due to trees. Altitude was about 5000 feet guestamation. Unable to get ahold of WAFB for info

As above. Tried to get ahold of WAFB to report the sighting but went around in circles. Weather balloon? Can send video. There was something dangling down from the vehicle.
