USCG licensed captain at work on Miss River. Look up and saw object hovering over red tower light and it was so bright it reflected on water.
Bright light spinning and hovering over red tower light was so bright it reflected off water. And it was a good distance from the river. It left, made a circle back to the same exact spot and the same thing, same pattern. Two videos from same area, different side of the river during the day.
