Saw a distant, rotating, wobbling, dark plank (flat rectangle or oval, etc.)

Spotted the object in the sky, seemed distant based on air particulate. It was clearly rotating. I watched it for a minute or two until I realized I couldn't identify it. I realized it probably wasn't a bird or aircraft. I then grabbed my phone and snapped 3 zoomed photos. Phone is a Samsung S10+, and photos include a 2 second motion video.
