Driving, spotted object coming down from sky before making turn. Believe it may have hit the ground

Driving westbound on State Rd, approaching the intersection of Route 65/Ottawa Rd, this is observed out the front windshield towards the passenger side(Nw) over Route 30. Mid flight, it was twisting as the photo was taken. It made a gradual turn and began to slow as it got closer to the ground
