Shape: Oval

A shiny round object flew from west. It flew below the clouds, than turned North.

I spotted a bright shiny dot on a blue sky that was flying fast above the town from the west. I called my father to see it. It flew below the clouds, father grabbed binoculars. After a moment object started to turn north above Chapelstown area. I spotted tiny wings sticking out from otherwise oval object as it began the manouver. It seemed like finger pushing on a stretched fabric.
It seemed to float above one cloud, but it may had just been getting further away as it soon dissapeared from view.

Note: We see a lot of various planes over that area. The object left no trail, it had no lights and most importantly made no sound despite flying unusually fast.
