Waiting to watch the ISS fly by we spotted an object traveling west with two blinking green lights...it stopped hovered and flew off We were on our deck waiting for the ISS to fly by about 850pm. We spotted an object flying west with two green blinking lights. The lights did not blink in a consistant pattern. No noise. The object csme to an abrupt stop. It stayed stationary as the ISS flew by then reversed course and flew east. I am a commercial pilot so I know it was not a plane or helecopter. It may have bern a drone but it was very high.
