A huge very bright orb moving slowly My friends and I were celebrating a birthday, august 3rd. We were hanging out in the garage and the yard until the late hours of the night. It was dark, there were street lights lit and some house lights in the neighborhood also turned on. At some point we noticed a white light coming from the beach over Lake Michigan. It appeared to be a plane at first, but this light was extra bright and growing larger as it approached. The light moved over the houses a little to the left of us looking towards to the lake. It was moving slowly and had no sound, it was silent. It didn’t stop and there was no shape, and no other blinking lights or anything. Just a ball of light. It pushed off diagonally and kept moving in a diagonal motion. It didn’t spin, it didn’t turn, it just went diagonally. Until it disappeared.
